Slugburger Festival

Named by Tripadvisor.com as one of America’s Wackiest Summer Events, this annual festival pays tribute to Corinth’s local culinary delight, the Slugburger.  The festival is named in honor of Corinth’s unique ‘burger’, a deep-fried beef and soy meal patty that once sold for a nickel (then called a slug). Slugburgers may be an acquired taste – but fervent fans of the unique sliders will be in their element at our three-day celebration here in northeast Mississippi. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind festival.  Live entertainment, arts, crafts, carnival rides, and of course, SLUGBURGERS!!
